MICHAEL ETUGE APUGE holds a PhD in Theoretical Linguistics from the University of Buea, in Cameroon. He is the pioneer Chair of the Department of Bilingual Letters in the Higher Teachers’ Training College of the University of Maroua in Cameroon, where he was redeployed in 2009. He has co-authored a book and has many scientific publications in national and international journals. He is a member of reputable scientific organisations. His research interests include Theoretical Linguistics (notably, morphology and syntax), Phonetics, and Sociolinguistics.
MARTHA NJUI MBU holds a PhD in General Linguistics obtained from the University of Yaoundé 1 in Cameroon. She is currently a Senior lecturer at the Higher Teachers' Training College in the University of Maroua. Her research interest includes general and applied linguistics. Martha is the author of a book and many published articles in peer-reviewed journals.
THÉODORE BEBEY is a holder of a PhD in General and Applied Linguistics from the University of Yaoundé 1 in Cameroon. Théodore Bebey has held part-time teaching positions in the University of Douala, and in the Higher Teachers’ Training College Bertoua, of the University of Ngaoundere. Since 2020, he is a permanent lecturer in General Linguistics in the University of Maroua. His research interests include theoretical linguistics (with focus on generative syntax and phonology), didactics of languages and language planning and management. He is author of more than five articles in scientific journals.
